Mage/Ret Paladin

VS.

Druid/Warrior

This is your bread and butter. Sheep the Warrior when you find the Druid, and then get the first stun out of the way quickly. After the trinket, just buy some time until the second stun (meaning, tell your Mage not to die to the Warrior). Get a full Sheep on the Warrior for the second stun, blow your Wings if it seems like a good idea, and burst the Druid. Follow the stun with an Improved Counterspell to prevent heals.

After the druid trinkets the stun you should just keep the paladin on the druid and have the mage buy time with the warrior, which shouldnt be very challenging for him.

You can also have the ret-pally use Repentance on the druid to allow the mage to get a full shatter combo off(possibly a double shatter if distance correct).

Often times druids are in caster form(even moonkin) initially to heal the warrior, so have your pally repent the druid right after you sheep the warrior, and set up your shatter. I find druids rarely trinket the repentance and it allows us to get a full shatter off on the druid. Even better is to chain a hammer off on the druid right as the shatter lands, this will allow the mage to chain cast trinketed/icy-viened frostbolts off on the druid. If the druid trinkets(he will or die from the following silence) the stun then the clock is ticking for the next hammer, which should be good game.

Also, if it is at all possible have your ret pally los the warrior to avoid the intercept disarm-into-dstance-shieldbashpolly-spellreflectpolly sequence most warriors are pulling these days.

Let mage 1v1 warrior, have paladin stay mounted ready and waiting to hop onto druid. Completely debuff warrior with at least 5 stack of Winters Chill. Pop WE/trinket/IV and go to town on warrior.

Right as your first shatter combo lands have paladin Repent druid, mage continues to dps warrior and have paladin ready to HoJ druid right after repent fades. Have mage hit druid with Imp-CS if position allows.

At the very least this should have made the druid blow NS/swift-mend and trinket. While the mage still has Frost-nova, and second Pet-Nova available.
