Tank the rogue after 2 evasions you can kill him while the pally is CC'ed. You can force a bubble and pop BL/Heroism after that so you get a guaranteed kill on the rogue. Use shield and cleanse poisons from yourself, when you want to ground something make sure it is a stoneclaw totem up as well to deny the HoR.
