| This team will always be the hardest for you to beat. Good teams will always hit your lock forcing you to stay in tree / caster and heal your ass off or attempt to cc. Priests will always spam burns on you since your being forced to heal / cc. Though you will beat this team with enough practice, my best advice is to have your locks pet on the priest and spell lock the burns when possible, not heals. Always open with prehots / abolish poison. Watch gladius or whatever you have for enemy cast bars and be ready to shift into bear right away or you'll be oom in no time. Anticipate fears when the priest charges you. Do your best to get in bear before you are feared so you dont loose a few thousand mana before the fear breaks. You will loose against this team a lot but assuming everything goes right this is beatable. | |

| Another thing that I have found helped alot is putting weakness on the rogue. My healer can notice a big difference and lets him focus a little more on los the mana burns | |

| Today I faced a priest/rogue that would try to reset every time kick/fear/kidney shot weren't up. We could easily win on mana if they both stayed in combat, and the rogue couldn't burst me through demon armor/devours on fears. So, the priest would go stand behind a nearby pillar, while the rogue gouges, then he goes to los with the priest. If I sent my pet in to keep them in combat, he would get raped of course. When I tried to go get them in combat with pre-hots on me, they normally los'd long enough to stealth/drink. Basically they just repeated this the whole game. Any suggestions? What should my druid be doing? | |

| He should use ffire all time on the rogue (then he cannot vanish fear or start a cheapshot combo without use CoS). Focus the rogue and dots the priest ,when he can use roots start the focus and when they are near to end use fear. If the rogue go below 40% HP during the fear (or use pvp trinket/Will) use cyclone and start a focus on the priest (use roots if u want for break an escape). If the dmg are high enought the priest cannot use waters and cannot spam manaburn...then mana war a free win ;) the hardest thing is if the rogue 1shoot the pet during the match and when they do a good opening. | |

| We faced a team playing a similar tactic to the one Tranzience mentioned. The match went on for 32 minutes. Its like a counter strategy to the only possible chance lock/druid has to win. We got so mad that we left the game. Its just lame as hell. If they go defensive all the time its not possible to. They reset the fight always, taking advantage from the squishy pet you cant send after them to keep em in combat. They just wait for some rng to burst one of us down. GRATZ, they showed us how to counter us completely. *still mad* | |

| we have a pretty good ratio vs disc rogue. we can either drive priest oom or kill rogue after clos. usually try to kill rogue after clos. send pet to priest to avoid get saped 1) rogue opens on you : your druid cyclones him so u can get some distance to ua-haunt him. pull pet back attacking rogue and have your druid "eat" priest fear. dispell it. usually coe on priest to avoid spell lock resist (cs his mana burns mostly or heal if rogue gets low). if they are close ihot to remove priests fear ward. force clock by cycloning priest dpsing rogue. after clos repeat and kill rogue. if that wont work use dots on both and mana drain priest. u will win mana war 2) rogue tunel vision pet. prio to keep pet alive while u have space to dot rogue and cc. should give you opportunity to kill rogue after clos 3) rogue on druid. try cc rogue with fears (when ua is up) as much as possible. swap from fel armor to demon if he goes back to you. cycloning will be a problem but you can win mana war with full drains on priest. dont let him drink (send pet, u go stop him, pressure rogue hard) | |

| Its a hard setup but myself im playing Priest/Rogue and i know that we can be beaten... the priest mana ( and his regen ) is a fucking joke.. so its just a matter of keeping the dots on the rogue.... just a tip would be ... gets dots on the rogue up.. when WOTF is gone fake cast a fear and then hit it ( rogue's will mostl likely not expect a fake cast from a lock ) and you should do it like this... Fear > UA instantly after it.... big chance if the priest doesnt see UA up he'll try n dispell fear :P leading into a nice silence in wich you could force some cd's... its just a matter of time if you can outlast with portral, some nice abolishes and swiftmend when wound falls of till the priest pops his Shadowfiend... root or cyclone it and he wont be able to recover tbh.. its a matter of outlasting and communicating with your druid and take some space perhaps with a cyclone or roots while he has UA up... anyways.. still fucking hard :P | |

| This comp is doable--your devours have to be godly and you can't ever forget an agony on the rogue to complicate his re-stealths aka not let him get any at all except for vanishes. if they're playing the hide behind pillar game you send pet on one side and go on the other, they'll 99% of the time go to the side where the pet is so jerk it back to you, reverse directions and get em with a HoTerror Save howl of terror for the fiend and catch the priest if you can help it, you'll most likely win the mana war. As far as the fearing the rogue off you part it isn't all that complicated, I won't get into the art of fake-casting but when his kick gets burnt you should be spinning your back to him so he can't gouge your fear. Go for a lot of shadowflame->ports if you use the glyph (you should) or exhaustion into a portal. Immediately chain it up with an agony as mentioned previously to prevent restealth and your druid just caught himself a nice drink time! Naturally the priest will come to stop your druid from drinking since the priest has nothing else to do--this is where you can burst the rogue depending if he has cloak or not; or get a lot of mana back. When they're tunnel shitting on your pet mid-game and Hfunnel won't do: port and resummon a new one as your druid throws up insect and fire on rogue--and if necessary cyclone. I promise you most priests won't cleanse as their immediate mentality shifts to OK PET GONE GOING TO DRINK. I could a lot more variables that can be taken into account but god luck hope this helped a bit | |

| hey guys, although im not at a really high rating, my druid and i have seem to have a high win rating against this team. the goal is to oom the priest. my druid chain cyclones the rogue while i mana burn the priest constantly. i keep the pet on the priest to stop them from drinking. if you see the rogue run to the priest immediately pull it back so it isn't stuck in crippling. your druid should be hiding behind a pillar, healing you when necessary, cyclones/roots on the rogue and drinking. always have the rogue up with at least 2 dots and when cyclone dr's (root and port when this happens) are in effect focus the rogue so the priest constantly loses mana always silence the mana burns and make sure your druid is a pillar humper/pro shifter keep tabs on your pet and the rogues defensive cd's and you will win the fight | |
