Druid/Warrior

VS.

Priest/Warlock

Kill Warlock/Pet then Priest. To me this feels like the easiest team to fight. Depending on the warlock, your target selection is simple. If the warlock has a Felhunter out, you will almost certainly need to kill the pet first, especially if it's a SL/SL lock. When killing pets, taunt/challenging shout/mocking blow works very well and always, always remember to line of sight of the healer. If the pet stays on your druid, have the druid run to you and you should both be LOSing the Warlock. The druid should Feral Charge+Bash the healer when either the pet or the lock is almost dead. The most important thing you can do is pummel fears, so save your pummel cool down for that purpose. A well played priest/warlock can be difficult, but that goes with just about any matchup. The fight can also be done by killing the priest first, but I don't recommend it because it leaves the warlock open to fear your healer.

Hmmm... Not sure if you know what you are talking about.
A copy from Priest/Warlock strategies against Druid/Warrior:
"This combo is very easy to beat. It sometimes boggles me that other Priest/Warlock teams struggle against this team."
And here you say its the easiest fight for druid/warrior o_O
I play Priest/Warlock and from my exp, Druid/warrior is the easiest setup ever :S

I dont think so crawlix! A well played (and geared) drui+warr is not easy at all. As I perceive it, in high rated arena this MU is something like 0,35:0,65 in favour of drui+warr. Maybe I am a noob (or there are only noob warr+drui in your RP) but either way, it is definitely no free win for priest+wl.
(Another observation is that vs. lower rated drui+warr (maybe up to 2 or 2.1k) we used to win a high percentage of our games with the strats described in the different strategy guides and threads. But vs the well played and perfectly geared teams above that rating we lose almost every game. So there seems to be a huge jump in difficulty, at least in our RP - where Disc+WL went from one of the most represented combos to only like 2% as of now)

fear quickly goes into DRs and a good druid can keep himself and the warrior hotted enough to beat out a locks damage. make sure to dispel curse of exhaustion. I really prefer going for the priest b/c even if the druid is feared the priest will not get off mana burns while the warrior is attacking it. a good druid can also defend himself from lock fears with good use of LoS Cyclone and Charges on the lock.

we used to have major problems vs warrior druids in s3 but in s4 i think we have won about 90% of the games - silence/fear/dc/priestfear/fear - spam dispell warrior while priest is dpsing also = dead warrior unless the warrior is clever and goes defensive and runs backs to the druid but that generally just resets it and we do it again and they wont be so lucky - fairly easy if played right.

I think the majority of the better druids are running with rogues now and so there are very few left for the poor warriors out there in S4. This fight requires skill from your war and druid and they have to be very aware of each other and what's going on at all times. I would say war on lock and intercept priest and spamstring w/e possible. Druid should be max range at all times and I always focus priest. If you're max range from lock, you can't get feared anyway. Fear is max 24yds and death coil is max 36. have war always stay between u and lock and spam string and a good druid never stands still. This leaves u to kiting the priest. We run faster, no big deal. I've made a loop around an entire arena while war slowly trys to catch up for intercept. Have him go defensive if you're running away. Spell reflect and intercept as soon as he can, then back on the lock till the priest is oom, or pretty close to it. Then just dps w/e doesn't have a shield and w/e you can hit. Trick is, stay max range, don't stop moving, LoS as much as possible and heal early and you'll be fine.

This fight is real tough for your druid cause they will most likly kill warrior and fear chain druid.

I have my warrior stik on priest while i try to outheal the dots on me and my warrior watching out for dispels on your warrior is key. Most likly the priest will just dispel most of the hots off my warrior making me use more mana then needed.

We win just because of the fact that priest goes oom or lucky mace stun procs i say this is tuff fight for your druid because he has to be real key on healing warrior and tryin to avoid fears if u and your warrior work well together this fight should be no prob.

I'm guessing the original strat assumes the priest is AFK?

I dare say I have a lot to learn with regards to positioning myself in the right place at the right time, but it seems this comp more than any other really tests your ability to do so and severely punishes you if you get it wrong. If you get caught and decide you need to trink take great care that they aren't in a position to immediately re-fear / deathcoil and basically autowin.
