Druid/Warrior

VS.

Druid/Warrior

Player preference on kill order. The most important thing you can do when fighting druids is always put your DPS on the target that is most reachable, otherwise you aren't doing anything. Period. If your Warrior attacks their druid, you should go on their druid, but be keep an eye on his health bar. If your Druid gets low...Intervene/Disarm is a life saver. If their Warrior attacks your Warrior, attack the warrior back, but if you have an opportunity to Intercept and Enraged-Mortal Strike the Druid while he's in caster form...do so. If your Warrior gets low, you should also switch to Defensive Stance and Disarm/Thunder Clap/Demo Shout. Your Druid should be alternating Cyclone/Root to keep diminishing returns low. It almost always comes down to who has better gear in this situation.

For the Druids: drink whenever possible even if you only drink for one tick. Use Innervate early, you should gain the mana advantage when your second Innervate is ready. Disturb the opposing Druid only if you have the mana-advantage, otherwise there is no use in keeping both of you in combat. Preemptive HOTs on your Warrior before he pressures the other Warrior is the key to gaining the mana-advantage. HOT him, run away and drink, come back and disturb the other druid. If your warrior is in a position to keep both the Warrior and Druid in combat he should switch to a 1 handed weapon and shield and defensive stance to allow you to drink to full mana. Cyclone the druid during innervate, it won't tick then. Once you have the mana advantage you can either help dps the Warrior when the Druid runs out of healing range or you can help chase the Druid down with Rootspam, Feral Charge/Bash while in casterform or Cyclone. CC the Warrior before your Warrior intercepts the Druid. When you feel you are about to lose the mana advantage repeat the preemptive hotting and drinking.

Just a little thing, if you're forced to hit the warrior for large periods of time. (Personally I think its pretty retarded when opposing warriors sit on you in mirror games) stick 5 sunders on the warrior. Alot of warriors don't do this, but 5 sunders is 3300 armor less on the warrior, and with him DPSing in Zerker stance, its a big damage increase.

Whichever druid/warrior plays more offensively wins. Have the druid keep up dots and feral charges and you should win unless the other team is doing the same.. then the fight turns into whoever hits harder or gets more mace stuns. RNG

To get the true feeling of this kind of fight Kantour, you have to watch it from the warrior perspective.

Definitely, one of the most difficult things to do for a warrior, is keep up with a kiting druid, and preventing him from drinking.

If the druid gets an opportunity to drink, it's gonna make it very difficult to drain his mana.

Why do people think Cyclone denies Innervate? I've been cycloned (3xTimes) on my druid many many many times riiight after using Innervate.
