Druid/Rogue

VS.

Druid/Warlock

Killing the pet once, even twice, is pretty important. Once it is dead, make sure the Rogue tries to Kick and prevent the Fel Domination from resolving, once this happens you'll probably have to kill it again or just lose.

Once it is dead you should do everything you can to ensure that it is not revived, so be mindful if the your Rogue is CC'd. Then it will be the Druid's job to stop him from getting another one out.

Keep the Rogue on the Warlock and drink when you can, help to take him down by CC'ing the Druid then DPS'ing when you have the mana.

Overall, this fight is hard, but possible to win. Experience proves itself here.

I have really big problems killing the pet, using SnD/rupture and trying to get the pet out of sight from druid. Still it isn't enough and even when we try CCing the druid the hots go through and pet survives untill CC is finished. The warlock also sends the pet back if we try getting it behind a pillar. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can also try to nuke the druid down. But mostly it works only one time, the next time they will be prepered and you won't kill the druid again.
Just time your cc on the druid good, try to cyclone the warlock btw and do a wrath/feary fire/moonfire on the druid. Stun him when the rogue got CDs, Charge him, when he tries to cc your rogue and the rouge can't kick etc.

I had to afk out of a match versus this team (on my rogue) after fifty minutes. We killed the pet twice, and the warlock lived long enough after that for Fel Dom to come off cooldown. After that, neither side made any progress on the other team's mana pool.

My druid and I have seen this combo alot in the 2300 bracket and dont have to much trouble. Basically we open on lock, keeping him in the open as long as possible while my druid is loSing tossing hots here and there and laying some dps on the pet. Simply keep there druid pressured more than they can pressure your druid, interrupt fears and you win, get the blind in after a trinket try for a vanish cloak sap maybe (couple of teams we fought the lock would bandage his druid to keep him in combat oO?) call for druid pew pew on lock. I definitely would say your druid should be dreamstate it makes games like this alot easier.

Your problems are going to be - everytime the pet gets low and you leave the warlock to kill it, he'l just stand there and full cast a new pet, so you need to try to either save deadly throw for the cast, then have your druid cyclone - be aware often the enemy druid will try to drink at this point if theyre confident the warlock can full summon a new one.
Also watch out for the druid rooting you + faerie fire, to bait your CLOS. You then get root/cycloned/fear spammed whilst they play very offensive on the druid. This again gives the other teams druid a lot of time to drink up.

Also just a note to the tactic listed above - id suggest sapping the warlock (pre vanish if need be), and i open on the pet, the druid then CC's the other druid - often you can force early trinkets / NS or the pet dies, which puts you in a very strong position.

We always start the match with a sap on the warlock while I open with starfire on the pet and then the rogues big DPS assist. As soon as the druid shifts out I attempt to cyclone him (if his first spell cast is a cyclone on me, I will not bother using my trinket). It usually works because the druid has to heal the pet very quickly between both of us DPSing the ever-so-important pet. If he trinkets the sap I cyclone the warlock and once the pet goes down I usually cast Nature's Swiftness... from there the goal is to save your trinket and wait for the fel domination to pop. 50% of the time or so we can catch his fel dom with instant-cyclone, feral charge, bash or rogue stuns and eat the timer completely making it an easy match to double DPS the warlock while CC'ing the druid, starting with blind.

If that fails... LOS the warlock as much as possible and coordinate shifting DPS between the warlock and the druid until eventually both druids are OOM and the warlock can't afford to life tap very often, giving an easy advantage to the rogue.

I played both lock/druid and rogue/druid at high ratings... I'd wager this match-up to be on the 50/50 scale in terms of fairness. A few bad resists can cost either side the match. Look for positioning mistakes, often.

k heres what we do:
Charge lock and build a little rage, switch to felhunter quickly (before the druid even comes out), the lock will be dpsing ur warr hard, so be careful, but u gotta be cycloning the druid/feral charging his cyclones or the felhunter wont go down, ur gonna be losing the mana war by the time the felhunter is down, but its fine cuz now the lock will bring out a void and its ez mode from there. From here on, ur warr will be on the lock the whole time, im not a big fan on sunders cuz to me its just a waste of time and rage, but now this is where ur insect swarm comes in handy, u should keep moonfire and insect swarm on void, and when the lock tries 2 bring it back, root it and wrath it to death, or if u choose to let it go, u can drink and get several ticks off. We've beaten lock/druid teams 200 rating+ higher than us with this strat.

Very nice strat layout. At 1600 i keep getting matched up with this layout. We always win with it when we nuke lock and CC the crap outta Druid. The pet is the most annoying thou u can CC fit for like 2 seconds so no drink tick's. So Druids CONSERVE your mana wisely dont go crazy on swiftmend because Rouges wont have alot of DPS on them really because lock is always trying to break free with CC. GOOD LUCK!

Stantastic really hit the nail on the head. Here's another helpful idea though. Make sure your cloak and trinket are up and have your druid full hot you and run away to drink. 2 scenarios:
A) He sends pet after you to drop drinking, you LOS it and kill it.
B) He pulls pet back and you drink to full.
