Arcane Mage/Discipline Priest

VS.

Feral Druid/Paladin or Priest

Difficulty - 1
Frequency - 1.5

When druid comes out of stealth, fully dispel him. Sheep the paladin/priest and kill the druid. Reset if they trinket. If druid uses survival instincts when the healer trinkets, they won't have any defensive CDs for the next CC chain.

What if the feral is sitting on the mage for the entire game and you wont be able to land cc's on the priest if he has a clue about what he's doing. If the priest dispells you and druid goes to town on you they will get you in kill range within seconds.

Need more discussion on this please. Playing mage/priest againt good ferals I find very difficult. Perhaps I need more resil (sitting at about 920 right now) but usually the feral opens on me and just pressures me as much as possible and its difficult to keep myself up sometimes with the dmg output they can do along with a well timed maim + bash. Being immune to all of our cc until berzerk and his trinket are down is not fun. Sheeping their partner and having my mage try and nuke down the feral seems most logical but with survival instincts and barsking and bearform it can be difficult. Assume he does get low, his partner trinkets/bubbles whatever, and heals him and its hard for me to get over and fear him while trying to keep myself up. Suggestions?

Also as far as I know there isnt a page for double dps: feral + something else bursty. I often die through PS when I get opened on, even with a pom sheep on the non-feral, they will often trinket/wotf/lichborn etc. and its near impossible staying alive since theres zero way to keep the feral off me and if their other dps is somewhat competant and can throw in some marginal dmg im dead. No way to keep myself up through such two dps with only instant casts, so im forced to cast heal myself and if they have a rogue, dk, or mage and i get kicked thats game. Theres usually no time to fake cast a kick in these situations. The only time I win these games is if my arcane mage can burn the feral before the two of them burn me.

there is always time to fake cast... (.5 seconds is ALWAYS better than 4 seconds)

A short tip for ferals is to ALWAYS have your back away. DO not open up your back. There's been games with my Mage that I literally face my back to a box, and I do not leave it.

Shred is a killer. Don't let them do it. (This is coming from a Priest and a Feral Druid's perspective).

We just came up against a feraldruid/protpally, and we barely won it. (we're disc/arcane). I basically had to end up burning the pally down on mana, (I think he was that gay holy/prot spec with the silence), I'd really like to see more tips on this set up, we like barely won.
