No buff mod, dunno why you have your combat log when you have SCT, combat log just takes up extra space, put it with your gen chat and just tab over if you wanna see what happened.

Get a buff mod.

Also, too many action bars, if its keybound and not a cooldown you dont really need to see it on your screen.

I love it. The map in the middle kind of throws it off a bit. What is the name of the bars over their heads? 9/10

the map in the middle is really really new, added it for about 3 hours, personally i always fade my map down to 20% or 10%, but i havent found a fading module for pMinimap yet
The Bars over their Heads is Aloft with Litestep Texture.

Now to your Ui:
it looks really clean, everything you need is there, i just got a few critic points:
- Way too much spacing between the Buttons in your Action bar
- Health and Manabar in your Target Frame are kinda looong :/
- Buffs are a bit small
- Recount is not needed for PvP (if you PvE, ignore this)
All in all a 8/10

edit: has anyone got a nice looking bar (like mine at the bottom where my Skills at) ?
mine looks kinda crappy, its just a long black block :/
