Just Want to Clarify a Few Questions

I'm leveling a DK at the moment an he's almost 80. I'm trying to plan him out ahead of time and I wanted to clarify a few questions about enchants, gems, and minor glyphs.

Enchants (Let me know if these are right):

Helm: Arcanum of Torment
Shoulders: Greater Inscription of the Axe
Cloak: Spell Piercing (According to shadowfrost at the top)
Chest: Powerful Stats
Bracers: Greater Assault
Gloves: Crusher
Legs: Icescale Leg Armor
Feet: Icewalker

Gems

Meta: Chaotic Skyflare Diamond

Normal Gems:

Stormy Sky Sapphire x 2
and then stack strength gems?

Minor Glyphs

Which minor glyphs should I be using?

Thanks in advance

That all looks fine. I roll with 130 spell pen, but that's really personal preference. You're fine with 75.

Minor glyphs: you definitely want pestilence. I also use glyph of raise dead (cuz I'm a cheap-ass) and gylph of horn of winter. A lot of people use blood tap, but the amount of hp you lose from it by default is so insignificant that I don't really see it as needed. I don't always have time to(or just don't think about) refreshing HoW, so I like the glyph a lot.

Also, what's the strongest combination of professions for a DK?

Engineering as primary imo, JC as 2nd or maybe BS.

No, the rocket boots are AWESOME at situations and are even getting a small stat boost in next patch, and the GLG is really handy if you don't have bandit's insignia/darkmoon deck

Either Eng/JC or Eng/BS for best professions.

Thanks for the quick answers. Another one I have is:

Is the 4 piece bonus from the PvP set "required" kinda like it is for warriors? Or can it be ignored if you want to substitute other gear in?

it can easily be ignored, btw I run with winter glyph, pest glyph and ghoul glyph cuz im cheap, also im rolling with JC+BS which gives a really sweet boost, engi boots can be usefull but i rather pref something more stable.
Also you should (imo) get 15 expertise on bracers and resi on chest, which allows for more pve uses.
If you use full pvp gear get +20 resi in shoulders, +27 str on all other blue/yellow sockets and +17 str on all reds/BS sockets

You can ignore it tbh, i'd say it's more needed for blood than anything else. Still, Tier gears are also crappy setwise as they buff up SS, which prolly you aren't using. But yeah, if you can get a good PvE piece and have the choice between a bad(statwise) PvP piece and a good PvE i'd say get the PvE and ignore set bonues(Like for example Valorous shoulders VS hateful or savage)
