Pretty sure the site owners are responsible for setting rules for the site. And if there's nudity anywhere on the board there has to be an 18+ warning somewhere.

Missed the whole point of this post but w/e. My original question is since this forum has nude pictures shouldn't it have an 18+ warning somewhere. All other sites with nudity on them do.
