Priests: All Issues and Bugs
EDIT:
New for 3.0.8. Loads of bugs are still the same.
Bugs
Mind Flay and Mind Sear: the first tick of this spell starts after about 1 or 1,5 second after casting.
Shadowfiend: When a shadowfiend first spawns, it has 1710 of 3018 health for ~1second after summoning, then heals to full. If hit during this 1 second, it can die to only 1710 damage.
Divine Hymn: Doesn't take in the cd reducing effects for Psychic Scream.
Dispersion the managain stops when the priest is being cycloned.
Dispersion: it does not reduce the damage done of so called 'traveling' spells, while (so to say) vanish, BoP, bubble, IB does.
Issues
Divine Hymn: shares a cd with Psychic Scream. Why is this needed?
Dispel protection: it's silly how easily the dots, what's a major damage output for us, get dispelled with the Shadow Vulnerability debuff gone. Even though it is dispel fodder for on the priest himself, I daresay the dotprotection is WAY more important. This is certainly true when it takes casttime to cast the dot, while classes(+specs) like retribution paladins can just cleanse them off while still whacking our asses off.
Dispersion: Even though yes, it reduces 90% of the damage received, it doesn't remove any debuffs at all. Meaning the other classes can keep up stacking debuffs while we can't remove any of them at all (due to the self-silence), and because MS-effects aren't removed either, healing a shadowpriest while dispersed is still a very 'tough cookie to crack'. This talent seemed hopeful with the health returned as well (look at it like this: Pain suppression reduces damage, but you could continue casting and walking. IB stops damage, stops you from doing anything, and removes all debuffs. Dispersion reduces damage, stops you from casting. It really seems like dispersion is missing something here in this list. It'd be great if it would be looked into again, since this just doesn't cut it versus the melee rampage.)
Divine Hope: This is actually an implemented spell as how it is now?
==================================
OLD POST
I think it's time to put together a full list of bugs and issues to present to blizzard, and hopefully they'll listen (and at least fix the bugs).
Bugs
Mind Flay and Mind Sear: the first tick of this spell starts after about 1 or 1,5 second after casting.
Fade: doesn't always remove spells like Slow, neither does it remove Daze.
Talent Improved Power Word: Shield: only affects base PWS absorbed.
Shadow Word: Death: doesn't break Polymorph (glyphed). Neither have I ever seen it breaking fear again. Possibly classified as DoT (the backlash).
Divine Aegis does not multistack as it should.
Dispersion the managain stops when the priest is being cycloned.
Dispersion: it does not reduce the damage done of so called 'traveling' spells, while (so to say) vanish, BoP, bubble, IB does.
Reflective Shields only works on self, while it should work on anyone who has an active Power Word: Shield of yours on.

If you have anything to add, please do. I've to go, I'll edit this post later as well.
EDIT: Keep the replies up guys.
