IEM Sign Ups Now Open!
We're very excited to announce that ESL has just opened signed ups for the Intel Extreme Masters WoW Tournament in both America and Europe!

Here is what you'll need if you have a team and want to compete in the next season of the Intel Extreme Masters Tournament:

Please include the following in your application:
  • a link to your team on the live servers
  • a link to your team on the ESL website
  • further information about your team (past tournament success, achievements in past arena season etc.)
  • your choice if you prefer to play Horde or Alliance characters

I'm guessing they base much of their decision on the current team rating and w/l ratio? I know they have a portion to include additional information, but does that really make a difference?

And if ESL were doing nothing, then there wouldn't be a EU PvP scene at all.

So really why don't you just stfu about it. It's not like you're missing any money is it?

As a company in this current climate ESL are probably having finacial problems, but everyone will eventally get their money regardless.

Personally, its far better to have to wait awhile if it means that there will be an EU eSports scene for the forseeable future.

This goes for MLG as well if they ever had finacial problems.
