Just because frost is the better arena spec doesnt mean you should conform to it if you ENJOY arcane...arcane is a viable spec as well...play how you want to play and learn to adapt how you fight each class to that spec.

HoJ is a long cooldown. If you know it's on cooldown, you shouldn't be afraid to use blink to gain some cushion room.
