Just out of curiousity what practical uses does it have, do you play a sport? Otherwise aren't most lifts meant mainly for looks?
I dunno i just never had good experiences from power cleans and like the results from various other exercises.
First post came off kind of dick - I only listen to music when i do cardio, and for that i prefer long Tool songs like Ticks and Leeches, Grudge, and 10,000 days. Soundgarden's Badmotorfinger album is pbadass too <3
