Against paly/shaman you are going to lose, unless they are terrible. They should train your priest hard (spamming dispells)and get a kill sonner or later, you can try CC the pala/dispel shaman and train him, but will only work if they suck.
Against druid/priest keep your warrior on the priest arse, the more time you keep him there the better. This fight it's mainly about which warrior can spend more time on the priest, if your priest is free he should go nuts offensive manaburn or drink, smithe usually is a waste of time. Outlasting can be hard if the druid is half decent about his innervate ussage and dispells shouln't be an option if the druid hots->cyclone priest->innervate and waits ready with a NS->cyclone in case priest trinkets (not needed if priest trinket is down).
A spellreflected cyclone(or warrior fear) + HoJ on priest + sweeping BS + healers burst on a dispelled priest is always a good option to kill him.
In both cases hardswitches are possible if you mana ge to CC 2 of them and find the other vulnerable, but you will need to help the warr with burst to get the kill. In general, without CC on their team and you helping with the burst, if the warrior is switching targets it will just make you lose pressure, especially against a priest training him is the way to go.
