Our friends at DogHouse Systems have sent us an update regarding a new contest they're running for the amazing new Custom Armor Series desktop system. The contest will run until Oct. 4th 2010, and award the winner with one custom-built Armor Series gaming system with an Intel Core i7 875k processor. To win visit the Dog House Sytems Contest page and sign up - no purchase is required! If you do decide to pick up one of these awesome machines use code "curse" for a limited time and receive a $25 J!NX code!

DogHouse Systems creates high-end gaming machines with four distinct levels of gaming desktop machines called the Armor Line. The entry-level VS, the ES series, the TL series and the flagship SS. The engineers that make the machines are some of the most hardcore gamers around, and constantly take an objective look at the competition and their products. In the past they've felt that configurations were based more on marketing and less on science. For example, paying hundreds extra for the extreme processor in a system that's not poised to take advantage of the extra horsepower.  This, in thier opinion, didn't seem fair to the buyer and lead them to believe that by paying more they'd get more frames per second in their games.  Also, many competitors offer a dizzying array of options which allows the customer to potentially configure a system that is not balanced and therefore would have a poor performance to price ratio.

As a company, DogHouse Systems strives to build personal relationships with each of their customers in an effort to provide them with the highest quality ownership experience possible.  They are building a community through their forums, podcast, blog and other channels where they openly share ideas and information and pay close attention to feedback in order to constantly improve themselves.   Their goal is to build and support systems they'd be proud to have their family and friends own.

This exciting new contest is a sign of great things to come from this company of hardcore crafters! Be sure and checkout the contest page, and enter for your chance to win at: http://Contest.doghousesystems.com Back to Top

I know a lot of you are playing SC2 right now and really into it, so I wanted to call your attention to a tournament that two of our users are trying to get together.

I think it's great to see this kind of thing going on AJ, because it's totally inspired and being run by two of our users. I'm excited to see how the first tournament runs. So, hop in that thread if you're interested in playing.

Good luck. Back to Top
