As posted by MMO-Champion it looks like 5.1 may happen really soon! Several quests talks about how 5.1 should be released 2 months after Mists of Pandaria (September 25) which would mean this week.

So we got warriors getting shit on this patch, demo warlocks basically remaining untouched, shadow priests remaining untouched, frost mage getting HUGE nerfs with 15sec+ cooldown on ring. Great changes, everyone better have your wands ready because its wizard season bitches

because shadow priests don't oneshot players, they are op because of retarded heals and great support.
But you don't lose against SPs in a few seconds if they pop their cds, so people don't complain about them
