rofldots is bad dont listen to him!!! 131 is cap, and with all the RPM teams you play, it has got to be a nightmare to get a fear off on a mage armor/shadow resistance mage. totally understand the spell pen.

when i said cap, i meant normally, not with mages... its like 220 or some shit.

@Rofldots: Ever run into a Blood Elf Mage with the Arcane Shielding talent? Mages w/Arcane Shielding and Mage Armor up require you to have 140 spell pen. Then Blood Elves require an additional 2% for Magic school spells. Ella here is sitting at 154 spell pen atm, he's doing just fine.
