What we're looking for in a raider.
Personally I love to see those 10-man achievements just blowin' out your...well you know. It shows that you are putting in time to learn the encounters (preferably on hard-mode) outside of the regularly scheduled 25-mans. We admire players that min/max all the time regardless of the fight. That means you don't click, you don't keyboard turn, all your gems are rare quality and maybe even that one epic quality gem that you're allotted. All of your gear is enchanted to the best degree that it can be regardless of whether it's best in slot. Those are the kind of players that we want.
What you can expect from us.
Even though we only raid 3 days/week we do take our raids very seriously and get stuff done very quickly. We have an extremely strong core team with players that have played together for 5 or more years (not just on WOW), however, we also accept people into that core extremely quickly if you are the right type of player AND person. We do have fun and we joke around a lot when it's appropriate to do so. :)

Off days are used primarily for PVP and 10-man raids or alt raids.
