Working around the MS Debuff viable?

Any Healers here abuse the cooldown on MS and the duration of the MS debuff? By this I mean watching the debuff (you or ur partner(s)) and CCing the warrior in enough time that it wears off and you can apply a unmitigated heal?

I am pondering the idea of such a strategy with my partner to do just this in order to further mana efficiency. I also wonder if anyone else does the same, if so explain your success?

My 2v2 partner for my pally's team is amazing at juking MS. He kites the warrior till his debuff is about to wear off, then I charge the heal to land as MS fades. That's what we do...
