/stopcasting
/cast Shadow Word: Death
This will stop your current cast and SW: D your current target.
You can change this up with:
/cast [target=focus,modifier:shift] Shadow Word: Death; Shadow Word: Death
Which will stop your current cast and SW: D your focus. Great for mages.
I know there's a SW: D macro on here already - but I love the /stopcasting as it's helped me prevent more sheeps.

/cast [target=focus,modifier:shift] Mana Burn
/cast [target=target,nomodifier] Mana Burn
This will mana burn your target if you press the key, your focus if you hold shift. You can use any modifier you want, I use shift in these examples though.

/cast [target=focus,modifier:shift] Dispel Magic
/cast [target=target,nomodifier] Dispel Magic
Dispels your target when you press the key, dispels your focus when you hold shift.
#showtooltip Shadowfiend
/cast [nopet,harm][nopet,target=targettarget,harm] Shadowfiend
/petattack [harm][target=targettarget,harm]
This will cast shadowfiend on on the current target if it's hostile. If your target is friendly, it will cast it on your target's target (provided it's hostile).

/cast Shadow Word: Death
