I dont see a shadowfrost build on the talents section so yah. Here it is-

Build changes depending on your partner etc. For example, unholy aura is garbage if you play in unholy presence and you do 2s with a pally, as well as BCB being better then outbreak IMO. And no RoR?

woops forgot to specify - 3s.

edit- unholy aura is always good, most of the time i have to be in frost presence, but i am never in unholy presence, unless im getting ready to use emp rune weapon. as far as BcB / Outbreak, bcb is based off white hits, and as this spec, less than 15% of your damage is white damage.
