TLC over on use trinket?

I currently use TLC in my arena setup, but then again, I also use LO.

I really find it's helpful being as TLC requires no los (so if you get a crit and they run behind a wall it can follow them). And it is much added burst dmg in the beginning of the game.

with alot of teams having a enormous amount of resilience and alot of classes having talents to reduce chance to be crit i dont see TLC being to viable imho

I was almost positive things that use "on crit" still proc if you dont crit because of resil, but you would have.

If that didnt make sense, I believe that TLC and EF will still proc on hits that dont crit, if they would have crit if the target did not have resilience.
