Having a bit of trouble figuring out what to go on first vs. a certain team.

We're currently running 4dps, rogue/shadow priest/affliction warlock/frost mage/resto shaman.

We're running into Warrior/BM hunter/Frost mage/Holy paladin/Resto druid

Tried going on the hunter (who uses t6 pve gear mainly) which didn't work.

I'm thinking maybe go on the warrior first, but this leaves their hunter free to do insane dps. Any thoughts?

Tongue/fear pally, polly rotate and LOS warrior/hunter. spelllock druid/pally. kill druid. any fight with a druid and hunter means that positioning is very important. Have rogue use the felhunter to find the druid as soon as possible. once druid is dead, pally bubble should be gone. Either kill pally next or hunter/warrior depending on their positioning relative to your rogue.

Also, BoP is your friend for shutting down war/hunter dmg.

If you're running a 4 DPS team and the other team has a hunter in mainly PVE gear, there is no reason you can't drop him instantly. Even if you don't manage to coordinate CCing both healers at once, there's no way they can keep up with rogue+spriest+lock+mage. Locking the pally out of his holy school should be #1 priority while you burn the hunter, and then drop a fear/stun/sheep on the druid to seal the deal.

Sheep forces druid to shift, druid can't heal when shifted unless he has ToL. It also means he loses a GCD to shift, and potentially you interrupt a castable heal/cyclone.

Sheeping druids is not lol.

cant really BoP w/o a pally on the team, resto shaman is only healer in his setup. which is the same setup i use and a team like that we usually are able to gib the war down pretty fast and sheep hunter. and when hes not sheeped you just have to LoS his damage. sounds easier than done i know.
