A little adjustment for my build because of the Vile Poison Nerf :x

This has become the standard Muti Build which is played by most of the high-rated Rogues out there. Just want to say a little bit about it:
- Vile Poisons: I dont know if the 20% more dmg are better than the 60% chance to get a CP with a finisher, which is pretty useless with mutilate, because you often get stuck at 4 CP and have to waste 2 CP if you mutilate or you have to waste energy if you do a shiv. Besides that it is nice if you just want to get a fast bleed on your opponent. I think the dmg-percentage dealt by poisons at Arena are somewhere between 10-15%, so perhaps you would like to get 20% more dmg for Manabattles (which are actually not often happening)
- I prefer Initiative over Serrated Blades, because I want to make sure I can go CS-Muti and get a 5 CP KS/Evi off. Otherwise you would perhaps get only a 4 CP Finisher. If you dont mind this, you can also pick SR for more sustained dmg - but right now its all about the burst.
- Nearly every rogue in this world has 2/2 Heightened Senses, so its a absolut must-have if you dont want to stand there sapped and see your mate raped.
- If you are a big fan of bleeds or if the arena games will last longer than 3 Min., theres the option to get 2 points in Blood Splatter and 3 into Serrated Blades, so you will deal a great amount with bleeds (even more if you have 2 pieces T7, which is not hard to get. I am just not sure if the trade 10 Energy - 10% more Bleeddmg is worth it)
