[5v5] Druids?

Hey, I do fairly well in 3 v3 ... 2 v 2 at times when I play with my lock buddy. However, I've been having an insanely hard time finding a 5s team that fits me. I don't have much experience in that department, what do you think I should look for? I know of xecks' team but anything else?

Druids in 5v5s don't fit, unless it's a double lock/shadowpriest/rogue/druid gib team. And even then, the druid has to be very solid in assisting his team in healing/cyclone, etc.

druids actually do very well aginst me team (mage2x/holypriest/restosham/war) but that is only because of the fact that we dont really have any offensive dispelling and we can only CC if they are foolish enough to try to get a regrowth off.

against regular 2345 teams druids dont do so hot because they usually have either a Spriest or ele sham on offensive dispelling which essentially kills most of your healing....i think...

It doesn't have to be that exact lineup. I think a druid can fit well in any 4 dps because of the ability to burst heal and assist CC.

They also work in 3x healer lineups that play the outlast game. Pally/Resto Shaman/Druid/Warrior/Warrior.

For feral or moonkin, I don't actually know. The above are the times I've seen resto druids on top teams in games on my previous battlegroup, or through browsing geekboys.

We seem to do well in a 3 dps 2 healer setup :S Just have to play a CC heavy setup, and you should do fine.

A Feral Druid isn't really a valuable addition to a 5v5 team unless it's with 2 (and preferably 3) other physical DPS, preferably War/Rogue.

We run Warrior, Ele Shaman, Felguard Lock, Paladin, and Resto Druid... Dvine is pretty much the pro-est of the pro on our battle group though :x

He's definitely awesome against 4 dps teams, where everyone is too focused on doing damage to be bothered spamming purges/dispels.... and since everyone is running 4 dps these days... ;x

The biggest thing that throws our team apart is a very good frost mage, buff cleanse pls

My setup works well too : rogue mage holy priest resto druid and ele shaman or lock.
You have almost all the cc there is: stuns fears sheep cyclone
