My (new) 3v3 team started this week and powered up to around 2k rating, but we've had trouble with rogue/mage/healer setups. How do youguys deal with this?

I play druid/rogue/lock and mage/priest/rogue hasnt ever given us any trouble.
I think what the lock does is drain all the mage's mana.

I think the ideal sequence of events would go something like this -
Your rogue get on the priest.
Your druid initially CC their rogue.
Your lock initially CC their mage.
Then ofcorse when the CC's are immune the mage and druid call a shift and continue like that, now I understand there are a billion variables that may keep this from happening but I think that is normally how a druid/rogue/lock would effectivly work down a mage/rogue/priest.
Your rogue can just as easily get on the other teams rogue as well and the druid/lock CC the priest just as effectively also.
Rogue on rogue is much better IMO. There will be times where the druid won't be able to CC the rogue (CloS, Sprint, Vanish, healing, etc.) and he'd be all over the Warlock. This, in turn, makes it hard for the Warlock to CC the Mage who will keep your Rogue off their Priest.
If your Rogue locks down their Rogue, the Warlock has a much easier time casting. I don't think Rogues like beating on Priests anyway due to Blessed Resilience.

The priest is definately not the target to go for here. The warlock/rogue should be DPS'ing the mage or the rogue, or a combination of both.
I run this setup and we've had good success burning down the mage while CC'ing the rogue.

We've been doing our rogue on their rogue, but it always seems like once our druid opens, he dies soon after. They just switch to him very quickly, and he goes down. We've tried having him play very evasively but then they just make a quick swap to the rogue or lock and one of us goes down.

I also play rogue warlock druid team ... we really don't have problems with mage rogue healer teams.
Warlock drains mana off the mage and the rogue is on the healer, I kite around the rogue who also gets feared/blinded in need be. LOS is nice against the mage, and once he's OOM he's just gimp as hell.
