Urgent question regarding Dk server/faction change

ok, so basically, a bunch of friends of mine are re-rollin from frostmourne (PVP) horde to Alliance Blackrock (PVP). Now, i am aware that you currently arent able to make a Death Knight on an server that you dont have a character on. And am also told that you cant create a DK on the opposite faction of yours if it is a PVP sevrer (which im currently on).

So basically, what im asking is if i can transfer my horde hunter to just say a pve server, create a alliance death knight on that server, then transfer it to blackrock? And does the death knght share the transfer cooldown phase? and your still able to transfer from any pve to pvp server right?

As far as I understand it, you could transfer to a PVE server on your hunter, make a DK the day WotLK comes out, and transfer back the same day. Blizz has been very adamant about the DK being a separate character so I don't see why it would share the transfer cooldown.

ah, i see, thanks for that, i figured that was my only option.

GG with 2x25$ transfer fee's though....
