Calculating Ranking for Gladiator

What's the best way to determine the ranking required for gladiator title this season? Is there anyway to find out the actual number of teams that blizzard will use in their calculation of top 0.5%? All i'm really going by is the hall of fame for season one, but i'm assuming there are more teams this season.

There are more teams this season and thats for sure. I have found someone as low as 21,000 2v2 on my server. So there are roughly twice as many teams as last season. Now, will blizzard cound all the 'dead' teams in thier calculation? There are thousands (and I'm not joking) of teams that have played zero games on the season. I can only assume that these teams will not be counted for the .5%. I can also assume that a team would have to earn points in atleast 1 week for them to be counted as a team in the calculations, or atleast have played ten total games on the season, lastly minimally just one game played. If there is a minimum games played on the season for a team to count in the .5 I forsee many teams assuming thier in glad position only to find out they were way off.
