Drinking inside arenas

Prob a silly question, but i see many post about ppl drinking all the time. And thats without a mage in the party, how and what do u drink?

And everyone should buy some, including players that run with a Mage! You never know when you'll end up joining a game late, and you won't have time to get water to the entire team; it's common courtesty to have some.
