I used similar theories for the US-Vindication 2s that Wickleer used for the US-Ruin data.
NOTE: This could be wrong because I might have missed some teams or counted some teams wrongly but its a start. I'm not sure how "Ghost teams" are counted (ones that people have transferred off the server while on a team) but I counted them as inactive for this calculation. Also note that this IS going to change, there are still 4 more days until the screenshot and this may not be accurate but at least it gives you an idea.

The number of inactive teams from 1-192nd (AJ Glad estimate as of 10/9) "In Game Rank" is ~52 which would make the "Armory Rank" around ~244th which is ~2068 rating.
