I have a 2017 team but my partners xfered. Does this team count as an inactive team and i will not recieve a title from it?

Teams are only inactive when there are ZERO players on the team that meet EoSeason requirements. You only need 1 person on the team with 20% played and within 150PR??? of the teams.

Inactive has nothing to do with how long it's been since you played or anything like that.
