title says all, wondering about making my 70 mage into DK cus troll racial will be pwn for meele next patch but sux for mages, but if i loose my arena drake/proffs etc doesnt seem too appealing
You don't change your character into a dk, it's a separate character - so obviously yes you'll lose your drake/professions.

If it's legit merc yes, most merc titles were win traded though.
