2150 seems to be fairly safe

2150 is certainly safe - My guess is that 2110 is fine - as low as 2090 you might be okay.

At 2090 right now I'm ranked 45th as of this week.

2125 atm in 3v3 and ranked 33. we can't really play anymore in the upcoming week so i'm worried that this isn't high enough. can 30ish teams pass us in one week?!
