US Retaliation 2v2

Alright, so the calculator currently says the top 79 teams will get Glad on Retaliation. I've since xferred out from there but my alt is still on that BG so I'm curious if he'll get glad.

I looked on the armory and the 79th team is rated 2081 (lol bgbad). However, I counted 24 inactive teams from 1st to 79th. By inactive I mean either empty teams or teams that didn't have anyone within 100 PR of the TR.

So, in theory, ~2120 would be incredibly safe, right? It's 40 points above the Glad cutoff before you even factor in inactives.

edit: and to answer ur question, if blizzard doesnt mess up titles then id say that in-game (active only) rank of 40ish will make glad. s4 calculator doesnt appear to have inactives factored in, and even if 2081 were the actual current cutoff it will jump more than 40 points in the last week for sure. ratings this season are deflated overall since a lot of teams just stop at 2200 instead of pushing for the sky, so they have more room to move up more during the last week than in previous seasons. however, since everyone looks at AJ u might have some kind of rating dampener since nobody wants to risk a rating thats 50-100 points higher than the AJ estimates, no matter how off they actually are.
