If you hit a rating that you think is high enough to get glad, or whatever you're shooting for, and you sit on your rating, not playing games for 6-7 weeks before the end of s4, are you still eligible for end of season titles and rewards? In other words, can you just get 2200 and then sit on your rating and not go inactive or whatnot? Is there any sort of rule that says you must play 10 games within a month of the season end in order to get the title? I can't seem to find any clarification regarding this.
I *think* that inactive teams are teams that have no one eligible for a title/reward on them. Such as 5th place teams who's members are all less than 20% of the games played and are over 100 points lower than the team rating (personal rating wise).
