2v2, US-Whirlwind

Hey, me and my partner are currently 2080 in US-Whirlwind. Sadly we are sitting at 131st atm, and I am wondering if it would be wise or not to stick to our rating and not risk dropping. According to the AJ Title calculator the cut-off for 2s is 132 as of 12/31-5:00PM. Anyways, what I am currently confused about is if the inactive teams count within that cut-off. For example if there are 20 inactive teams within the 132 top teams listed, does it mean if your are 150th according to Armory, would you get the title? Or oppositely does the top 132 cut-off include the inactive teams.

I took the time to write down all the inactive teams in US-Whirlwind. These teams either had no one in them at all, or had low rated team holders within it(So I assume they are considered inactive).

Anyways, my question remains, would it be safe to stick with my current rating and not risk dropping? I could imagine the requirements could shoot up in the last week. Also my second question is how do inactive teams affect the cut-off stated within the AJ title calculator.

Are you safe? No. Don't bank on the inactive team crap because, afaik, we don't know how they handled it last season. If you want to be safe, get it up higher. I'm still antsy about our rating :p

2200 is probably safe this season, 2300 is pretty much guaranteed. I wouldn't be comfortable if I was below 2200 the night before S4 ends personally. Try to push for it, you have a little time left.

2200 probably wont be glad. 2220+ has a decent chance, however.

Probably anything over 2260 is safe this season.

Just xferred to Ruin and 2300 is barely on their front page right now.

That's actually awesome for people who want to push for Brutal Gladiator, but my new druid partner isn't great so I probably won't bother trying.
