Title Requirements?

Does anyone remember the requirements to get glad? eg PR needed, % of games played?

Team members who have been in at least 20% of a top Arena team's matches and are within 100 personal rating of the team's rating[5], in each Battlegroup, will receive a title according to their standing (highest to lowest):

I keep hearing about inactive teams and how certain conditions apply to them outside of the regular title conditions. Can anyone confirm that, for example, a 5v5 team with only one member within the rating is counted as a team to get the title, and as a result reducing the number of gladiators to be given out in that bracket?

To illustrate (let's say top 5 5v5 teams get gladiator)
-------------
#1 team has 5 members all within PR
#2 team has 2 member within PR and 3 below
#3 team has just 1 member, who is within PR
#4 team has just 1 member, who is within PR
#5 team has just 2 members, who are within PR

So instead of a possible 25 players (more are possible if you include swap ins that are within PR) there would instead be only 11 gladiators.

Im sure it would only be only 11 gladiators then because its 5 teams that qualified.

So basically people can exploit this in less popular BGs like mine to limit the number of glads handed out. Did I mention I love Emberstorm?
