Any BM hunters out there

I would like to try BM this season just to mix it up a little bit and enjoy things. I realize it's probably not the "Best" spec for arenas but what sort of makeups should i be looking for in 3v3 and 2v2? What are some strategies other than pop big red and hope they die before 18 seconds is over? I was thinking a rogue / hunter / druid team would be good. Lots of burst, rogue controls one of their dps, druid can control the healer for long enough between a feral charge and a cyclone.

I've always been MM, but specced BM since 2.3.

I run 2v2 with a holy pally, and 3v3 with an Spriest + resto shaman. Was Gladiator in the 3v3 bracket this season and probably in 2v2 aswell (but don't know for sure yet, still bugged over here).

Anyways, really working fine for me.. TBW + Aimed Shot = win :p

Thus far (very few games played) i've found the spec to have enormous burst and aimed shot paired with serpents swiftness gives me good Mortal Strike potential. Was playing 3s with a Shadow Priest Warlock and we were around 1620ish this week without too many games played.

I hate having no scattershot or silencing shot but the ability to gib things is fun to have :)


Do you think a resto shaman brings more to the table for BM than perhaps a druid for 3v3? I happen to have a friend with a Druid is why I ask while I don't know many Shaman who pvp regularly.
