Which classes are in demand? What are there too many of? What sucks, whats OP etc.

Totally depends on server, on mine there is way more healers and tanks on order side than on destruction (and there's still more damage on order side most times, which is kinda odd, but might only be out of frustration when looking at damage charts after a loss ;) ).
There is way too many ironbreakers, there are more archmages than rune priests typically. On destruction side shamans are flooded, not really an issues with any other class.

Most classes are good, some are better, like bright wizards/sorcs, some suck, like magus/squig herder. Besides that you should take a class by personal preference.

Well uh, on my server destru side it is V E R Y balanced. The only class that I don't see as much would be the squig herder.

Fair amount of bright wizards though, haven't seen too many witch hunters :o

Wouldnt say magus/squig herder sucks, but they are more support/control oriented and the squig herder can put out some crazy AoE damage at 40.

But atm, I'd say the least played classes would be squig herder and engineer.

My observations on Dark Crag order.

In T3 some games there will be 4-5 BWs and other games we have one. Some games there are a lot of tanks and other times there are none. I find that in T3 at least, our winning % increases with every BW we have. I really have not found a certain consistency in T3 class makeup yet though.

Engineers are fairly common in T1 and T2. I think a lot don't make it to T3 because they have a support/AOE role and people like to see big numbers in a class labeled as RDPS. Also I don't notice a lot of them because I feel many play the class wrong.

There is usually a consistent 1 WL per scenario in T3 and T2. I think the horribad pet pathing, bugs, and control turn people away and a lot of those who are dead set on playing MDPS will go to destro for marauder or play a tank or WH on order instead. I believe marauder, the WL mirror, is better than WL in every shape and form. They can get a 75% MS through mastery while WL can only get a 50% one that only affects healing done by the person who has the debuff. They also don't have to rely on a pet for snares, armor debuffs, ect.

As for SM, a lot of people start off playing it thinking its gonna be cool dps and keep playing this way into T3 which really doesn't work too well when their job is to tank. 2H wielding SM are not fun to heal and do absolutely nothing for me. I like Hose for using a shield :D

There are more healers than I thought there would be. I'll leave it at that.

In Bait I feel we are fortunate to be pretty balanced. We have a lot more SW than I would like over, say, BW, but thats ok.

I just hit rank 22 as an Archmage, and it seems that most populated career (class) on Order (Dark Crag) would be the bright Wizard (BW). They are the "nuke" class kind of like mages in WoW. It seems in some T3 scenarios we'll have 3-4 of them... but if we have a few decent healers including me (:D) we usually rape because BW's meltfaces if they're getting healbotted.

How are the rogue classes? I heard they suck. Pretty much sneak into the back line, kill a clothie, and die. True?
