frost nova buff?

Anyone else noticing that frostnova and frostbite are holding up through a lot more damage than they have in the past?

Yes I've noticed this. I find it that sometimes I can Icelance crit and still have them rooted to Icelance again.

Generally still breaking pretty fast for me, but I got a 4 ice lances off on a lock with a nova. It was satisfying to destroy that lock so easily.

Targets with more resilience stay in frost nova longer on average :D

Not sure if it was a fluke, but I got an ice lance, fireblast, cone of cold and then two more ice lances on a target today in wsg.

Maybe I have terrible luck but I'm finding that frost novas are lasting at most 4 seconds for me without me even touching the enemy :o
