Alright, Ive tried several different specs and i usually end up coming back to this one. I think the choices are fairly obvious. Elemental warding for frost mages/ele shaman, imp grounding totem, and then the important pvp talents in the resto tree (ns/es/natures guard/focused mind).

My question is this, is elemental warding and the extra 2 seconds from imp guardian totems worth the extra points of going into those trees. The resto tree still has a little to offer with improved healing wave, and was wondering what other resto shamans have tried and had success with.

guardian totems is definitely worth it... I don't put the points into ele though personally. I like healing way for healing against MS/wound and imp HW.

You don't really need focused mind if you run with a pally.

can drop a point from healing focus too... healing focus? i think that's what it's called, the anti-pushback talent

I guess if you ONLY do 5's (and 3s with a paladin)... but I personally value my ability to 2v2, duel etc :P

plus I dont run with pally. So those are necessary talents.
