Help with a simple macro

Im sick of getting MSD procs while buffing in arenas.

I need a macro that will unequip helm if it is equiped, and equip it if it is off.

What's so bad about MSD proc during buffing? You probably won't engage in combat for another 30 seconds after the gates open.
