/equipslot 16 King's Defender
/equipslot 17 Merciless Gladiator's Shield Wall
/cast Spell Reflection
/cast [modifier:ctrl] Berserker Stance
/equip [modifier:ctrl] Merciless Gladiator's Bonegrinder


Hit it to go into sword and board and spell reflect, hold control and hit the hotkey and it will put you back in zerker stance with your weapon.
