How are you non-dwarves dealing with the AR/prep mace rogues + disc priest post 2.3?
Any good rogue jumps on me and compelely shuts me down forcing my priest to heal, then the other priest mana burns my priest and they switch off to him once he's oom and he dies.
If I spec full bm I can't reliably keep the rogue off of him. Any ideas on how to get away from them? I'm thinking of just wearing my rocket boots whenever we play a rogue/priest team from now on.

My priest and I have had a lot of success of late with this, there are a few things to consider and adapt with depending on what they do.
First off... most heal priest/rogue teams want to get on your priest as their initial plan, like you said - as BM you really can't effectively keep the rogue off, but my priest is a disc priest - and honestly, with reflective shield and healing, he can pretty much solo a rogue as long as he is not dispelled - so what I do is:
1. I charge across the map as soon as I see a priest and a stealther.
2. Anticipating that I will get sapped, I flare about 60% of the way across right in front of me. The priest is usually mounted, but if you can uncover the rogue right there, you can scatter shot him and behind a decent kite, but the goal is to always pressure the priest when you can.
2b. If you get sapped, as soon as their priest starts riding by you towards your priest, make sure you trinket out and scatter shot/wing clip the priest - ANYTHING to keep their priest from standing there chain dispelling your priest.
3. If the rogue is on you, you are going to have to make the best of your availiable CC. If the rogue actually gets feared, even if he trinkets out of it. I trinket out of cripple and scatter shot him right at that moment - that helps get wound off and get me topped off. I follow that up with a flare in my path and a concussion shot.
MAJOR KEY:
If the rogue is on your priest, the rogue's priest is almost always just standing there dispelling or mana burning. This is actually good, in the very beginning of the game, if it goes badly somehow, and my priest is getting owned by a rogue with a priest just standing there. I pop all my trinkets, aimed shot etc etc etc everything all over the priest. This forces him to heal himself and not dispel. This basically saves my priest for a good amount of time - you will still need to scatter shot and wing clip and flare over the rogue if you get a good chance.... but pressuring the priest into not dispelling renew and pom is pretty important and vital to victory.
This works even if you are beast mastery, but it makes you even more reliant on killing the priest in short time than normal - and gimps you a bit against other teams.
The real keys are making the most of fears. A fear on the rogue needs to be taken advantage of, if he is feared even for a second, you can gain great distance from this. The other team's priest mana draining, at least in my case - rarely is a serious issue because we usually make it so that their priest would die if thats all he tried to do.
It's not a perfect strategy, but we've been about 70% against this team in the 2200s lately.
