CD timers on portrait addon?

sorry for the title, i'm looking for a debuff duration display addon.

i have seen many videos lately where the guys used an addon that would display the duration in numbers right into the small debuff icons under the portrait for debuffs, even those that where made from other players.

its useful when two warriors are harmstringing the same target for example.

can somebody recall an addon that does exactly this?

Is there an Ace mod that does this? I use only Ace mods for the ease of updating.
