Yeah, in some countries it's against the competition laws or w/e, same shit as prohibits some countries from doing the "invite a friend" bullshit.

That said, there are some EU tournaments from time to time, just usually not really big ones, not that I know of anyways. But Blizzard will never make a tournament including these countries unless they change their laws.

You can travel to another country and do the esport it's just a law against online sports.

Once I am in the European Parliament (going for election next year) I will definitely try to have a European Gambling Law specificially made for online gaming tournaments.

If I get elected, that is :P
