Trinket question

Hi,
I'm posting on my friend's account because I do not have the authorization to post on my druid. I recently switched all my teams to help friends and so my ratings are pretty low, that's probably why.
Anyway, i was wondering if Battlemaster's Perseverance is worth getting once s3 comes out, or are there still better trinkets from before (i run a 4dps team, btw). I'm thinking it is, but should I go for it right away? I am not yet honor caped, standing at about 40k honor, I am not too sure if i should get the ring boots etc 1st, or if i should get this trinket. I'm currently using Essence of the Martyr (for 5's) and it's working pretty well for me.
I also wanted to know if the hp gained was affected by mortal strike or wood poison.

its a "increase your total health by" effect so it shouldnt be affected by "reduces healing effects" like wound/ms/as

It's excellent for anyone in 2s/3s (and for priests/warriors in 5s), not sure about druids in 4dps though. Someone with more experience should probably give their insight about that.
We tend to kill the lock/spriest first, so from my PoV I don't see the Perseverance helping that much for a druid. But then again, haven't played 4dps with a druid myself (only against ones) so would wan't that second opinion :)
