Looks fake tbh, a bit too good to be true. In which patch is this supposed to be released?

Blizz would never write "holy shock coefficient changed to 71%", they'd prolly write something in the lines of "holy shock coefficient was greatly increased."

looks extremely fake... for one it would mean a trainable holy shock, adding insane burst to ret which is something blizz has wanted not to happen in the past with a ton of nerfs..

The new 21 point ret talent totally gives it away as fake lol. I cant see ret using holy shock for anything next season either even if it is trainable, since our gear wont have spell damage on it, so it doesnt even make sense.
