Tongues to Focus

If all of your silences are down and diminishing returns is killing your fear, you can instantly apply Tongues as a last resort to the healer (assuming it's not already up) while still having the dps target selected to continuously apply damage. This will minimize the time it takes to gimp your opponent's healer when everything else is out.
